Recently Completed – 2 High Physical Support SDA Units, Heidelberg West

HSA Homes recently completed two purpose-built High Physical Support Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) units in Heidelberg West, specifically designed to support participants with significant physical support needs.

The residences were carefully planned to provide accessible, functional and comfortable living environments, incorporating spacious circulation areas, accessible bedrooms and bathrooms, open-plan kitchen and living spaces, and layouts designed to accommodate the day-to-day needs of High Physical Support SDA participants.

Throughout the project, HSA Homes worked closely with consultants and trades to deliver homes that balanced accessibility, practicality, durability and quality workmanship. Every aspect of the build was considered with the end user in mind, creating homes that support greater independence while allowing for appropriate assistance where required.

Project highlights: Two High Physical Support SDA residences, participant-focused layouts, accessible bathrooms and bedrooms, generous circulation spaces, open-plan living areas, purpose-built accessibility features and quality finishes.

Recently Completed – Darusalam Society Multipurpose Room & Canteen

HSA Homes recently completed a multipurpose room and canteen extension for Darusalam Society, creating additional functional space for the growing needs of the community centre.

The project was designed to provide a practical and versatile area that could support community gatherings, events, activities and food service, while integrating smoothly with the existing facility.

HSA Homes managed the works from construction through to completion, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, coordination and a clean finish. The project was delivered smoothly and completed to the satisfaction of the Darusalam Society team.

Project highlights: Multipurpose community space, new canteen facilities, additional usable floor area, quality finishes and seamless integration with the existing community centre.
